The bedroom has a queen bed that looks out onto a private deck with designer bath and a boardwalk to the cedar sauna. The open plan living area has plenty of well-appointed space for chilling and entertaining, with a 65″ TV,  lounge seating, record player (with a curated selection of vinyl), bluetooth hi-fi speakers, and cozy wood fireplace.

The petite kitchen has an oven, stove cooker, microwave and dishwasher, refrigerator, Smeg toaster and kettle for serving up the snacks, and a dining area that doubles as a game table or work spot. The private outdoor deck and garden is also fully equipped for dining/playing/hanging with outdoor dining, fire pit and sun loungers. 

The bathroom is bathed in natural light via a spectacular skylight over the shower.
